Working in conventionally rendered watercolour I enjoy the mediums translucent 'washy' qualities and its more unexpected dense applications more akin to oil or acrylic allowing for variations in style and effect, in subject matter my work though predominantly figurative covers a wide range of subject matter.

I have worked for most leading publishing houses on both fiction and non fiction, adult and childrens publications, for freelance designers and in packaging. My fine art paintings are widely exhibited through contemporary art galleries and fine art shows, I also undertake private portrait commissions.
